AQUACREST gravity filter cartridges are replacement for Black Berkey Elements used in Travel, Light, Big, Royal, Imperial, and Crown Berkey series, and are also compatible with AQUACREST AQ-TN series gravity systems; they are not sourced by or sponsored by Berkey, and AQUACREST is an independent brand. Made with natural coconut activated carbon, these filters help reduce chlorine (up to 99%), heavy metals, taste and odor, sediment, and large particles (note: this filter does not reduce TDS, and TDS alone does not indicate overall water quality). For best results, flush the filter for 1 minute before first use; minor splashing may occur if the faucet connection is not fully compatible but does not affect use. Each pair is suggested for replacement after up to 6,000 gallons depending on local water conditions, and the set includes a priming button; the design is intended to work alongside fluoride filters in a gravity setup and help support a secure, leak-resistant connection.
